Leading a Small Group is all about bringing people together to "go deeper" - to connect more deeply with God and one another, to delve deeper in God's Word, and to discover deeper strength and courage to live like Jesus. Leading a Small Group takes maturity, commitment, and a passion to build others up in Christ. That said, we are passionate about equipping and encouraging our leaders so they can facilitate fruitful groups.
