Beulah on the Road

Beulah on the Road brings the camp experience to YOU here at Trinity Evangelical!  Beulah on the Road (BOTR) is a four day camp of non-stop action and insane amounts of fun: dunk tanks, crazy songs, sports hilarious skits, blow-up toys, a rock wall, and amazing counselors!  Staff is dedicated to provide a safe and encouraging environment for every camper by showing them that being in a relationship with Jesus is the coolest, most amazing thing in the world. 


         *This Day Camp is ONLY for kids who have completed Kindergarten through fifth grade this school year! (2023-2024)
               When registering your child, please use their current grade not the grade going into 2024-2025.

This summer, we are getting back to our roots and taking back summer CAMP!! Pitch tents, build fires, and get ready for Summer 2024: CAMP OUT: Back to the Roots!

2024 Information

  • Online Registration

    Registration is open!  Please register online HERE or at bbeach.org/registerbotr.  Registration must be completed before camp starts. It is possible for camp to reach it's maximum capacity so early registration is highly encouraged.  Payment is made to the church directly or through online giving option Pay Online Here  




  • Packing List

    What to Bring (please label everything with campers name)

    • Modest Swimsuit (1-Piece for girls) 
    • Beach Towel
    • Water Bottle
    • Extra Clothes
    • Sun Screen
    • Gym Shoes
    • Bag or Backpack
    • LUNCH (Please no red or purple drinks)

  • Check In Process

    Morning Check-In:

    It will be a party!  You can anticipate staff members jumping up and down, excited that your child is finally at camp!  When you arrive at the church, you will check in at the registration tables.  Your child will then enter a line to be introduced to the entire camp by name starting at 9:00.  Counselors will come cheering to welcome each and every camper every day!  


     

  • Pick Up Process

    Afternoon Check-Out:

    Safety is our #1 priority during check-out.  When you come to pick up your child, you will check in at the registration table and pick up card to enter a line outside the FLC.  You MUST show your ID to  check your camper out.  The director will greet you in the line and a co-counselor will then escort you to your child's counseling group in order for you to check her/him out and meet the counselor.  You will them be escorted out of the FLC by the co-counselor.  Campers begin to be released at 4:00. 

  • Early Pick Up

    We would love for children to stay all day every day, but we do understand when a camper has to leave early. We’ve created an early release form that needs to be filled out by the parent AT MORNING CHECK-IN. This form will be available every day at the registration table. Our Camp Director will be ready to assist in bringing your child to the registration table at the time of early release.
