Rev. Jim Stauffer
Senior Pastor
Jim has been serving at Trinity since 2009. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Karen, since 1996. They are parents to two adult children. Jim is a graduate of Wapakoneta High School, Bowling Green State University and Asbury Theological Seminary.
Jim has been honored to have previously served congregations at Sharonville United Methodist, Cornerstone Church in Marysville, Ohio, and Mount Nebo Global Methodist. Jim began at Mount Nebo as a student pastor in 1995 and was ordained a Full Elder in the United Methodist church in 2000.

Jen Homburg
Director of Children's Ministries
Jen came on staff in 2011. She married Kurt Homburg in 1997. They have 2 children, Katie and Matthew. Katie is studying elementary education and Matthew is a computer engineering major at Taylor University in Upland IN.

Ben Cunningham
Worship Director
Ben came on staff here at Trinity late October of 2021 as the Worship Director. He and his wife, Taylor, got married in 2015 and have 4 beautiful children: Beau, Willow, Archie and Phoebe. They have served on the worship team at Trinity for over 10 years together. He studied Worship Arts at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois.

Stacy joined the Trinity staff in January 2025. She married her high school sweetheart, Carl, in 1991. They have been attending Trinity together since 2010. They have 2 married adult children, who have blessed them with 4 grandchildren.
Following the Holy Spirit’s guidance, Stacy graduated from Eastern Gateway Community College with an associate’s degree in business management in 2023.
From being part of various mission trips & volunteering at Reignite to serving on the board of servants for "Journey to the Great Banquet", carrying out the Great Commission is the driving force, passion & motivation of all Carl & Stacy do!

Pastor cLARENCE hOGAN
dIRECTOR OF yOUTH mINISTRIES
Clarence joined the Trinity staff in July 2025. He is a Christ Follower, a friend, student ministry lifer (27 years and counting!), and passionate believer that God is raising up a generation ready to shake the world for His glory. Nothing fires him up more than watching students discover their identity in Christ and step boldly into all that God has for them.
When he is not hanging out with teenagers or preaching the Word, you’ll probably find him hunting down his next favorite meal (wannabe foodie life), adding to his slightly over-the-top shoe and cologne collection, or just doing life with people.
At the end of the day, Pastor Clarence says, "My heart is simple: Love God. Love people. And help this generation know they were made for more"

Ass'T Director of youth ministry
Jessica joined our staff in July of 2025. She is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education. Jessica is strong believer that God is leading a revival among the church and specifically in our youth. Although this is her first ministry position, she had served as an educator since 2021 for Columbus City Schools and is local to the area. Jessica has been married to her husband, Andrew, since 2024 and they are excited to see what God has planned for them in this season.

Aliya Carney
Technical Arts Director
Aliya joined the Trinity Evangelical staff in the summer of 2026 as the Technical Director. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Delaware State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, concentrating in Digital Media.
From a young age, Aliya has loved serving in church production and media ministry. She has spent many years serving behind the scenes through live production, broadcasting, videography, photography, social media, and creative media, with a passion for using technology to help people encounter God.
Originally from Dover, Delaware, Aliya now calls Upper Sandusky home and is grateful for the opportunity to serve at Trinity Evangelical. She is passionate about excellence in ministry, creative storytelling, and using her gifts to glorify God.
